My therapy session was enlightening. She gave me a lot to think about. The burdens that I'd carrying around for perhaps decades were lifted during my session. She helped me to identify the source of my concerns. She also helped me to recognise and control my stressors. Kim showed me how to select those who are safe for me to allow into my space. I left her office with a new found freedom”.
